Bob CollinsFred de Sam Lazaro, who does tremendous work traveling the globe covering the under-covered stories in his partnership with St. Mary’s University in Winona, Minn., didn’t have to go very far to find who some believe is the reincarnation of the senior lama who died nine years ago.
He’s fourth-grader Jalue Dorje and he lives in Columbia Heights.
