Bob CollinsEditor & Publisher Web site has the March circulation figures for the top 25 newspapers in the country. The Star Tribune was behind only the Boston Globe, the Newark Star Ledger and the Dallas Morning News. USA Today and Rupert Murdoch’s Wall St. Journal were the only ones to show (very slight) circulation gains.
