On Monday, the U.S. Department of Agriculture releases its forecast of the country’s corn crop. The price for a bushel of corn has been pushing close to a record $8 recently, but fell this week amid reports that things might be drier, and the corn crop better, than first thought… Midwest flooding notwithstanding.
