Last month’s sudden — and somewhat mysterious — closing of Jerabek’s Bakery in Saint Paul apparently will be followed by a sudden — and equally mysterious — reopening.
The bakery, which has been a part of the city for 107 years, closed in October citing “numerous physical, financial, and emotional challenges” of running a business.
Now, the shop has announced via its Facebook page, it’s coming back:
A BIG Thank You to all of our supporters here at Jerabek’s New Bohemian Bakery / Coffee shop!!!
As we mentioned this past Saturday we are working VERY hard to reopen THIS WEEK!!! As with most plans there are usually obstacles one can’t avoid that slow the process down, and we are no exception to this rule.
Our plan of opening has been pushed back to Saturday morning at 8am until 4pm with all your old favorites. We are sorry for the delay but we want to bring you a Jerabek’s New Bohemian that’s fresh clean and loaded with good smells and even happier smiles!!!
Stay tuned for more information
