The tuba man at the marathon

Oh, your state doesn’t have a Supreme Court justice (now retired) who blows his tuba to support marathoners?

Mine does.

“It became a tradition after the first time we did it,” Page told the Star Tribune’s Rachel Blount in a 2010 story. “When I ran around the lakes, people training for the marathon would ask whether I’d be there again.

“About 20 years ago, I started thinking about taking [music] up again. I didn’t take it up the way I thought I would, but it’s fun to be out here.”
