U.S. Intelligence agencies decisively concluded that Russia meddled in the 2016 election. President Trump’s statements on Russia’s involvement haven’t been so clear.
John Brennan, the former CIA director responded on CNN’s “State of the Union” saying, “By not confronting the issue directly and not acknowledging to Putin that we know you’re responsible for this, I think he’s giving Putin a pass.”

We’ll continue our look at MPR’s Ground Level survey, in which we asked residents all over the state what they think about the future of Minnesota and their own lives. The survey found a deep divide in Minnesota attitudes toward immigration. People in the largest urban areas tended to see the state as being on the right track in the welcome offered to immigrants and refugees. But in rural parts of the state, feelings were different. Nowhere is the division more evident than in St. Cloud, home to a growing Somali American population.
