Bob CollinsLong-time Twin Cities meteorologist Paul Douglas claimed the top spot in the latest round of News Cut’s Golden Snowball Challenge. Friday’s rainfall doused the hopes of most of the meteorologists in the competition for most accurate snowfall forecasts.
The final accumulation total in St. Paul was 9.8 inches of snow.
