You’ve probably heard that times are getting tough in North Dakota, thanks to the plummeting price of oil.
An updated revenue forecast yesterday showed a $1 billion drop in oil revenue.
Oil workers are being laid off.
But the Oil Patch isn’t going anywhere, at least not yet.
