Now, there are two.
Today, “Doc”, which hasn’t flown since 1956, flew at McConnell Air Force Base after years of restoration to restore it.
It was streamed live online.
Doc,whose mission back in the ’50s was towing targets, was once assigned to a squadron called the “Seven Dwarfs.”
Boeing built 1,644 B-29s, best known for dropping the atomic bombs on Japan, during World War II.
