Everson Griffen, the Minnesota Vikings player who is currently undergoing treatment for apparent mental health issues, made his first public statement since a series of weekend incidents that led him to seek help.
The post didn’t say a lot, with Everson apologizing for whatever it is he’s supposed to apologize for in some people’s eyes.
“Will you shut the *#*&( up?” a commenter replied.
Again, though, there is some reason for optimism that the neanderthals are slipping into the minority, with most of the comments offering Griffen support.
